Meet Laura
Laura Bell is a salon owner-turned Business Mentor, and proof that you don’t need to stay behind the chair to build a successful salon.
Laura started her career in the Beauty industry at just 19 years old. She opened her first salon at 21, and went on to build and scale a six-figure salon business through smart sales, marketing, and strong systems.
In 2022, she opened a super salon in Cornwall, leading and growing a team while using social media as her main driver for visibility, bookings, and consistent revenue.
By 2025, Laura had fully stepped out of the salon to work on her businesses, not in them focusing on her training academy, mentoring salon owners, and helping ambitious beauty professionals scale with confidence.
